History
Los Calvo are a fourth-generation family business with a lot of history. We are dedicated to the production and marketing of hams and sausages, taking great care of the production and curing processes of our products.
Our factory is located in Dos Torres (Valle de los Pedroches) in the province of Córdoba, known for hosting the largest acorn pasture in Europe. An ideal environment for the production of the best ham.
Los Calvo follow artisanal and traditional methods in each stage of production, each step is carried out with dedication and respect for the techniques transmitted from generation to generation.
Trajectory
The company began its new trajectory in the 1980s, and later in the 1990s, it decided to expand and establish distribution in Catalonia.
Currently, Los Calvo has a large and consolidated client portfolio, thanks to the efforts and commitment of the human team that forms part of the company.

Our factory
Our factory is located in Dos Torres (“Valle de los Pedroches, Córdoba). It is located at “Dos Torres”. Córdoba. A hill with a special microclimate that favors the excellent quality of our products.
The assecador consists of two plants provided by natural assecadors, cellar and salat salts, with tradition and technological innovation going hand in hand.
The cellar is semi-underground that, after a slow and natural process, gives a unique flavor and texture to our products.
