Red meat with pearly-white fat streaks. The meat of the 50% Iberian acorn-fed ham has a delicate flavor, little salty and exquisite in the mouth. has a pleasant and characteristic aroma, a unique aroma. Homogeneous texture, not very fibrous and without pastiness or softening.
