TASTING NOTES:

 

  • Nose: The nose is complex, although the Xarel·lo variety predominates, with pastry aromas and a soft background of green apple.
  • Mouth: The palate feels creamy and just the right amount of acidity. It is a balanced Cava with a deep structure.

  • Density: 992,5 g/l
  • Total acidity:: 5,7 g/l. Expressed in Tartaric acid.
  • Pressure: Pressure CO2 5,1 Kg/cm2
