Bodega Gran Reserva Shoulder
Shoulder from feed-fed pigs.
Characteristic color from pink to purplish red in the lean and bright in the fat. Delicate, slightly salty flavor and pleasant and characteristic aroma. Homogeneous texture and little fibrous.
- Cured for a minimum of 30 months
INGREDIENTS:Pork shoulder, salt and nitrifying agent (E-252:<=4.5%/E-250:<:1.8%) and E-300.
